The only problem at a court would be that mind likes to changes stuff. If a traumatic experience can be forgotten, getting them exactly as they happen could be a problem.
Also, a witness mind could possibly mistake a face, pointing to another person. It's too soon to tell if what we can see it's the mind recreation, or the actual event.
