Will gach, cubes etc. soon become illegal?

Spending a ton of nx on Miracle Cubes is the equivalent of gambling, anyway. I always thought it'd be better if cubes could drop from all monsters at a low rate. Nonetheless, the gap between nx-user and non nx-user is too great now.
