I highly doubt you've done no such thing. Or hell, underage drinking or smoking.1) legally gray area in my country. As it stands, uploading is illegal and downloading is fine. I'm ok on that front.
2) don't bother with torrents, and you can stream pretty much any TV show from the web site of the station that shows it so there's no point in doing it illegally.
3) Made a couple of no-cd cracks for games that I legally purchased. Didn't distribute them. Not sure of the legality of that but my moral meter is fine with it
I didn't steal, cause a loss of income or do anything detrimental to anyone by doing this.4) legal age is 19 here, 18 if I go over the provincial border that is about 10 minutes away. Also, it's legal if you're on private property with parental/guardianship approval. Since my parents know I'm responsible, it's never been an issue, even when I was 15.
5) I'm not stupid and/or susceptible enough to peer pressure to even want to try smoking. It's a huge waste of money, makes you stink (particularly in winter) and, oh yeah... it eventually kills you.
Got any others?
I think the worst you'll find me doing is going over the speed limit... My mom's on the federal copyright board so I've had to be aware of how far I can go because her kid breaking copyright laws in her own household wouldn't exactly look too good. Heck, on programs like Napster and Ares, I drew several happy faces in Paint, named them things that nobody would want to DL like "23jkdowtcv20.bmp" and shared those just to not be considered a leech. Since I made them, I owned the copyright on them and was therefore freely allowed to distribute them as I saw fit
The only thing I can say in this thread is the same thing I said in the Koolk thread. It sucks for him and I hope Trunks lands on his feet, but Nexon is justified in this. There's not exactly many places I'll agree with Nexon because they're generally horrible, but they're well within their rights here.
