Is Empress Cygnus semi-fixed?

I don't like people who want to join a bossing group after all the hard work is done just so they can go and get easy splits.

Problems with chaos server:

-Elitist retards who aren't elite.
-No one really trustworthy.
-Weak people with little to no knowledge about MS in general.

I agree, I'm not planning on adding anyone besides those who I PB with. It's just so much work convincing people to boss around this time due to school preparation and such. Most of my runners don't even want anything, and if they do I have no problem with it.
That's how you know who you can take.

I could care less about the equips, I'm in it for the challenge.
