There was a database breach years ago, but that didn't mean everyone was affected.
In fact, oddly enough, my other brother lost one of his accounts in that breach. One.

I should have added earlier that my other brother had his Marauder stripped years ago after the last big breach.
All they've done is given him some Maple Points as "pre-compensation" and tickets like yours.

Also that a company shouldn't force you to do it and it should be a standard thing to begin with.
If Nexon noticed the breach and notified its users, people might be able to resecure their accounts before the passwords and information that was already in the wild could be used.

He was suggesting a password change due to a specific incident.
