Is Empress Cygnus semi-fixed?

Yeah I feel the exact same way. Except most people I know wouldn't even try it until they know it can be beaten.
Figuring out pb and czak was great fun. I was looking forward to empress so much and then everyone decides to be party poopers. f3

indeed, got a friend that didn't believe me when i told her that the items where out when i told her, response was something like "she was glitched" well duuuh she was, now she isn't as glitched wanna go mess around? "nah it still can't be beaten" <.<
