The super obvious question/answer: Why would V2 of an instructor spawn if you can't kill V1? Try killing all 5 600m ones.
I didn't say we couldn't kill the V1's, I said we left after shinsoo spawned cause we thought it was glitched. We can 2-3min the 600m guards with 4 people, but I don't see how that's relevant unless empress spawns the V2's at X amount of % HP.
Also, I'm not going to bother with the videos seeing as they are not from gMS.
You can't really rely on other versions videos seeing as cygnus is glitched differently for all of them.
