A lot of your questions can be answered by watching videos and stuff. From how much you're struggling with the 600m instructors, I don't think you can even handle the instructors V2 when they spawn all at once.
The super obvious question/answer: Why would V2 of an instructor spawn if you can't kill V1? Try killing all 5 600m ones.
