Evidently my mom went on a date with the weapons programmer for Ratchet and Clank

This past friday my mom went out on a date with this guy. Yeah, okay, whatever, that was my reaction when she told me, ya know? Then today we're both sitting on the couch on our laptops and she pulls up a video and says "okay, watch this pomegranate" and shows me an interview with Insomniac employees about Ratchet and Clank weapons. Then she randomly stops it on a guy who just started talking and says "that's the guy i went on a date with". I watched the video and read the article and it turns out he's the guy who programmed all the weapons in the series, as well as Resistance 1 & 2. He doesn't work there anymore though, he just moved to Texas about a year ago. Bummer right? Except now he's the CTO of pineappleING ZYNGA?

What do southperry? I've never met the guy so I can't really be like "hey want to do an AMA on reddit?" (although it might end up happening if they start going out more, i might finally have a respectable amount of karma), but this isn't like a normal, every day thing for me, to find out my mom went on a date with the guy who had such a big part in games that i kinda grew up with.
