I've used both jobs before on another server but all I can say is that Marksmans are slow but high damaging attackers whereas Bowmasters are the opposites.
Bowmaster:
Hurricane is the best DPS skill in the bowman skillbook.
Bowmaster gets fire elemtnal abilities and they deal more damage than ice abilities but they don't incaitate monsters in any way unlike ice elemental abilities.
Marksman
Snipe deals probably the highest single damage in the game but at max, you can shoot like once in every 15 seconds which kinda evens it out.
Marksman has ice elemental abilities thus it can freeze mobs with blizzard and frostprey.
This is just a small overview of the skills you'd be using if you ever reach 70+ in Yellonde.
