Shinso from future ereb?

dunno if that question belongs to this section but i belive it is since its quest related~
So...
i was making fufutre ereb quests and i have 2 i cant really start.
The npc that gives them = shinsoo and here is my problem
i was looking for him everywhere and i just cant find him
(tried every map of future ereb / destoryed heny and even ereb from present time)
Does anyone know where is he ?

Sinshoo is by the empress in present time, and in future might be after the battle w/empress.
