dunno if that question belongs to this section but i belive it is since its quest related~
So...
i was making fufutre ereb quests and i have 2 i cant really start.
The npc that gives them = shinsoo and here is my problem
i was looking for him everywhere and i just cant find him
(tried every map of future ereb / destoryed heny and even ereb from present time)
Does anyone know where is he ?

I've tried the present shinshoo (whatever you spell that) but its not the one that gives quest :<

Unheard Call is started (and completed) from leaving/failing the Cygnus battle. You end up in a Cygnus Rear Garden map.
Hidden-Street says you start Unheard Call from "Cygnus Rear Garden [2]", and Shinshoo's Call is started from "Cygnus Rear Garden". I have no idea how to get there. It might be accessed after defeating Cygnus.

same thing here, i've looked for shinsoo up and down, pressing up on almost every platform i could find, nothing, empress still has her secrets

My friends said when empress sends you out, you see shinsoo but can only activate one of the quests. The other one is still unknown.
But shinsoo in general is glitched during the whole empress fight. That's the main problem why we can't beat her.
