By DPS, I meant DPS at bosses (without even taking Stun into account, and since bosses can't be stunned, their DPS takes an even bigger hit). But in that case, it'd still be low-ish because their damage would be inconsistent (6 hits, 2 hits, 1 hit on 6, 1 hit on 3, etc).

May I remind you that the "2 hits" would be hitting close to 25k total by 4th job, the 6 hits, at 15x, hits well over 200k, the 1 hit on 6 does 30-50k per monster, and the 1 hit on 3, despite it being purely for stun, will do close to 10k probably.

Then you take Demo into account, where you can hit 250k+ in 3 seconds.
