So did he only release articles up to 1923, or did he release everything after that as well? Either way, good for him, this is the kind of data that NEEDS to be leaked to the public; even before the internet became common media, pure knowledge isn't something anyone has a right to withhold from anyone else unless its release is actually detrimental to national progress/safety (i.e, wikileaks could have been a massive security breach, they didn't even read most of it before they posted it all on the site, that's just idiotic).
