Group Work

Every single group I have ever been a part of throughout my entire school experience was horrible. These are the people that are in the same generation as I am, these are the people I will be working with later in life. My online Group Dynamics class (which, by the way, LOL), was just me working on all the projects alone, because everyone else dropped the course in the second week. And then the teacher got mad at me for never posting in the group discussion forum, when there was literally no one else in the entire class, much less my group, to talk with. I saw the roster, I was the only person still taking the course and the teacher even admitted it. Groups in middle/high school were never much better than that; the other members might as well not have been there, for all the work they were doing.

My suggestion is get used to it or don't get a job that involves any human interaction, because you will have to deal with it eventually otherwise, and its never a good experience.
