As a last resort. Don't put their names on them. If they are being a pimentos to you then be a pimento to them and let them fail.
No effort, No work. They deserve to fail.

I have dealt with idiots who were done with their part of the project who don't send it to me. They send it to me 15 minutes before it is due. The designer of the project leaves an entire slide show/magazine completely white background. We got a D that project -_- and I lost my B+ for the yr in that class.
To get ahead sometimes you have to be an ass to people. Because the Right way to things only works when they are mature enough to care.
If they are friends. Work with people that will actually work or are intimidated by you.
