On the contrary, if you stayed around where the bots are spamming, you'd notice they're banned pretty much every few minutes. This means someone is there actively banning them. It's just so easy to make new accounts and new chars that there's a new bot there spamming again.

I've never seen a spamming bot disappear.
In fact, I've browsed entire FMs (1 to 22) only to the same characters I saw when I started sitting there and advertising away.
