Sleeping
#7
You don't have to force yourself to stay awake. Alter your dietary schedule. Eat at what would be a normal time for breakfast, waking up if you have to. Eat lunch at a normal time for lunch Dinner at a normal time for dinner. Snacking is ok with the one exception. Don't snack after the time you would like to normally be asleep. Do not snack any significant time after dinner this is vitally important. If you do this you should notice significant improvement or complete resolution inside of a week. If you still find yourself unable to sleep at a good time at night while doing this, consider a sleep aid.
