It sounds like you're letting people take advantage of you; I have the same problem.

You don't need to always give people your all just so they'll like you/be your friend. Keep it within reason- avoid stretching yourself to your limits just to accommodate to another's wishes.

Learn to say no here and there when you don't want to/don't have time to do a favor.
