How are stats factored into PvP?

Are you serious? In that case there must be that delay between attacks that PvP was rumored to have, which literally throws control right out the window and onto a spike bed.

I probably still have to see what it's going to be like in official, but it's safe to say i am extremely disappoint. I'm just going to get enough emblems for my shoulderpad and never touch PvP again, which is sad.
