Zakum arms total about 220m hp. Highest HP arms have 33m. I don't know enough about battle mages to tell how many arms you can hit simultaneously.
Zakum bodies total about 260m hp, and must be killed one after the other. The bodies and their summons stun, and the bodies use cancel weapon/magic attack buffs. Summons may or may not get in the way of your attacks.
Also keep in mind that Zakum has 40% PDrate.
