This is outrageous. People take precedence over animals.

In cases where they're being used for food, or other necessities that we need/want (like wool, ect) then yes humans should take precedence. But even then, there are standards that have to be upheld for care and safety of those animals.

This however is just some sick bastard brutally torturing a pet for no good reason. I don't have a shred of sympathy for the person who did this and hope they get whats coming to them.
