Mortal Blow (3rd): Max level 15; heals HP and MP when OHKO effect is invoked
Puppet (3rd): Max level 15; monsters will -always- attack Puppet after it is summoned (makes note of this being a correction, implying making it better than what it tries to do currently)
Inferno (3rd): Effect renewed; skill efficiency improved somehow
Arrow Rain (3rd): Max level 20; attack speed and area of effect increased; now hits 3 times
Phoenix (3rd): Changed to 3rd job skill, max level 20
Strafe (3rd): Max level 20
Dodge (3rd): Changed so upon evading an attack, every attack for the next 1 second will be a guaranteed critical (alternatively, the next attack within one second will be a guaranteed critical)
Concentrate (3rd): Changed to 3rd job skill, removed cool down (presumably nerfed as well)
Hurricane (4th): Allows usage of potions during attack
Marksmanship (4th): Ignore defense amount increased, max HP and Accuracy amount changed
