doesn't cool down ruin vipers?

The way a viper/infighter is played takes a great deal of complexity. you don't just spam one skill, you need to use multiple. This makes the infighter, as well as their guslinger counterparts, very strategic characters. Hopefully this no spammage of attacks can get rid of some of the noobs that want to be the next pirate lord...

Looks a lot like skill spamming to me, only you're spamming 2-3 skills in sequence instead of only one
