doesn't cool down ruin vipers?

Well, I like the way the have created the Viper, how the person really needs to use a lot of different skills to be able to attack and train properly. Whereas its advantages is heavy power during super transform, it's disadvantage is that it has a quite unstabile damage.

Huh? Did I miss something?

Because last time I checked, a Viper has a Knuckle Mastery of 60%, same as almost every class... :o

Edit: Or are you referring to pserver Vipers? Because a lot of pservers don't have Knuckle Mastery for Vipers... Maybe you mean that?
