Scania isn't anywhere near as crowded as it used to be, but it is a little more expensive than the other servers. I can vouch from experience that khaini is a pretty cheap server. You might want to try there.

I agree with Hero in that you should start over though.

I know not everyone is a damage wh0re, but atleast being able to do average damage will make this game more fun since you can get into boss runs easier.
