Yeah, just in case it hasn't been completely clear -
You don't get a visible 6-pack by losing fat. You get it by building muscle.
I've been down to the range of 3-4% body fat, and never had defined abs. How come? Cause I'm just skinny, there's no muscle definition to reveal. Obviously I can see and feel my abs, but they don't have the 6-pack shape cause they're much too lean.
It takes a while to build muscle if you're skinny - if you put on some weight, your body has the spare energy to devote to muscle growth. Eat more, work out more, then you get somewhere.
