Ditto to everything already said, especially madanthony's above, but also adding "consistency" to the mix. Yes, sounds like the most obvious, brainheaded comment to make, but it's the magic glue that holds everything together and ensures results. I can go to the gym any day of the week and do a 500-800 calorie cardio swim workout, or my favorite 400 calorie burn on the elliptical/100 calorie burn on the rowing machine/ab and upper body workout, but if I don't do them day after day, like I haven't been for weeks, I remain where I've always been, like I am sitting here typing this out at 12:20 am right now.
Oh, and this is just working out. I eat phenomenally every day but that, again, does jack pomegranate in terms of forward progress if there's no working out involved. I'm not taking steps back, per se, but I'm not going anywhere.
tl;dr: Even if you eat well all the time, you still need to work out properly every day for weeks to attain results (what I've seen as the generally agreed upon average is three months before you'll see drastic changes, but then of course you need to keep doing the work to maintain them). Now technically working out every day isn't necessary, but at least 5 days a week, for an hour or more.
Though that's on average; hearing that you have a crazy god metabolism already and simply want to chisel abs out of your already skinny stomach tells me you probably need to be in the gym 7 days a week. But please please please don't go crazy; I know people who started going to the gym 2-3 hours a day, 7 days a week, and brought their calorie intake down to 1500 a day, and dropped so much weight they nearly died. Such behavior can be diagnosed as an eating disorder, if not a behavioral disorder, so just always remember to have balance in what you do.
Best of luck!
This is EXACTLY what I mean by a bad mentality that will set you down the wrong path. Absolutely. not. The best option would be to have a small snack, like a handful of raw almonds (8-12), a glass of water, and maybe a piece of fruit, like a banana or something, if you're a bit hungry. A little bit of the right food actually kick-starts your metabolism, which is why, as madanthony said, a morning jog + a good breakfast = great start to your metabolism for the day, and so, in this case, you SHOULD eat something before you work out. Take maybe 30 minutes after you're done eating to digest a little, then go for a jog. The food + workout will keep your metabolism going, so then when you come home you can have your post-workout recovery snack (good options include a few slices of lean turkey breast, more raw almonds, water, of course, or even my personal favorite, an 8 oz glass of chocolate milk [has massive amounts of protein, check it out]) before continuing on with your day.
Ultimate rule of thumb is to always eat when you're hungry, but never eat till you're full. You want to feel 80% full, never 100%, and you want to eat smaller meals throughout the day more frequently (as said earlier), as it helps keep your metabolism running strong.

Would putting off the meal and going for a jog around the block be wise?
