I too am going the 30 Dragon route.
Neutral damage is just too important to ignore.
That and Baha-mutt will be pretty low on my list of stuff to dump into in 4th job.

Plus if you HIME alot- or any other Heal weak monster-
Dragon will help out a bit more.

I guess you could also go to non-heal weak monsters and do this too- but it would suck
