I don't see what else there is to put that extra 15 SP into. If you want a higher leveled Door, take points out of Doom.
Most HT runners let Bishops use Summon Dragon at Horntail but not Bahamut. Summon Dragon also has the advantage of being neutral which is useful against bosses like Bigfoot, or future holy-immune bosses. Summon Dragon also has a longer range than Bahamut so it's good for bosses where you need to keep your distance.
Doom on the other hand is useless and really serves no training purposes.
