I still don't see how merging Scania's population with other server will solve the problem of Scania being overcrowded. It just sounds like they're doing it to save money and make the game run smoothly without wasting money on a bigger server for Scania with more channels.
Also the whole KS wars (specially at 2x) and the FM overcrowding could just be solved with more mini-dungeons, and free owls. The DC hacks are partially fixed now, but still a problem. But they're a game core related issue, not really a problem because of population.
