Both LHC and ToT don't have MDs.
BB didn't fix lack of VIABLE high level zones and the fact that LHC outright destroys everything in the game at a certain threshold, which is how Maple was Pre-BB, kinda defeated the purpose in itself.
Not every1 who is good at this game spends money on nx. To not be ksed you don't need to be strong you just need a functioning brain.
LHC and ToT don't need dungeons because it is hardly soooo packed that u need it.
BB DID fix the amount of viable training spots pre-bb it was ob 4 or skeles 2 spots vrs all of LHC/ToT/Skeles/Most of Leafre/Nath
Going on what ur defination of high lv is only the 1st few count
