I mentioned, right after that snippet, that that was really a nonissue, and you could just stick to bear wolves. Its right there.
There is no reduced damage if you dual charge lit against a lit resist mob. There is reduced effectiveness, but there is definitely no damage reduction. Just tried on sentinels.
