But really, it all depends on what you're going to feel like you need when you get there. I'm sure you're going to know what you're going to want to max next when you get to 16X.
IIRC even if its secondary charge you get reduced damage (Not much but still) from secondary thunder charge (At least from what I have seen on Green ToT mobs). And why would you want to train on a Neutral Holy monster when you can train with Fire Weak ones? thats a waste of damage and time in my opinion. (Not to mention Castle Golems Super KB you a lot)
