Okay, this is annoying. Help.

I have the same exact IP every day I turn on my computer. I assume that's the default one given by the campus server. It's always that same one that is blacklisted and gives me trouble. The new one I get when I release/renew is usually the same, too, and isn't blacklisted and hasn't gotten blacklisted.

I'd just like to know the idiot around here who has an infected computer that is getting our IP blacklisted.
