Okay, this is annoying. Help.

I was able to get in before by changing my IP address (release and renew)

Possibly someone else on your network is infected, and you happened to get the same IP that an infected computer had previously had. You'll just have to use release/renew and hope that the infected person cleans their computer up eventually and the blocklist takes them off. And that the infected person doesn't eventually get the entire IP range available to you blocked.
