I've actually been thinking about about time travel and how to avoid a paradox recently and have come to the conclusion that the only way to do it would be to actually create a circuit or potentially a universal spiral that goes like this:
Travel back in time to when you're just a child. Find someone you know you can trust and confide in them, tell them to write down everything you say (don't write it down yourself or it won't exist later). Include your reasons for having traveled back in time and the exact date and time you left to the exact point you finished discussing this with the person you're confiding in and the must include that they must also travel back to complete the circuit. Make sure they give the younger you the letter and emphasize its importance.
Ideally this would derail history rather than creating a wall, as you wouldn't be preventing yourself from traveling back which is where most paradoxes begin.
Problem with this theory, besides the obvious impossibility of time travel, is that it depends on a lot of conditions being just right, such as you surviving after having made the changes and also your confident following through or also not dying before making the message clear.
