Another UA Nightlord Question(s)

I'm a lvl 120 cygnus, Pure dexless Nitewalker with 1 peridot so far (insert fruit here)

I have a 47 atk skanda (with it's +5 wep atk potential)
and then have about 17% luk I think (via a bunch of epic noob gear actually, and 3% on the statless items).

So assuming I can somehow find the reason to continue hunting peridots on a guy who doesn't even get any exp: This is my question

I'm gonna get 2 equipment sets as the UA (the level 50 & 70)

I believe the claw is dexless and 40atk (am I right?) clean, but the latter claw requires dex I think. And of course these sets when combined give a bonus.

So the question is, should I karma over my old gear and ditch the uniform...

Well thats not the question because I intend to potential every piece of whichever set allows me to be dexless.

THE QUESTION IS:

Unpotential'd, what would it take to allow a dexless sin to wear the complete lvl 70 set (including claw) and does the bonus from the set somehow factor into whether you can get enough dex for the claw?

Also - how many pieces of the set can I pop with 90% potential scrolls, before I lose the set bonus?
