Is it true that price for % potential equip in KMS is much cheaper than GMS ?

So that means the % pot equips in KMS are cheaper in general just because there're less meso farmers and they have cube pack ? Nothing to do with the cubing rate ?

I wonder about the equips of a normal funded KMS player in general , too . All the vids I found on youtube are quite well-funded ( or so I think )
