PVP tiers?

As far as PVP goes, it's not. The chances are that you won't either have enough time to have Energy Charge to fully charge or you won't run into a big enough group to charge it by the time you die and then it starts over. Dragon Strike, as far as PVP goes, is the best skill for a Viper to use.

You're talking realistically. I'm talking ideally. Dragon strike is the best skill, orb is the strongest skill. Why aren't you understanding that?

I said it's POSSIBLE to activate energy, not that IT'S GONNA HAPPEN CONSTANTLY AND YOU'LL ALWAYS HAVE IT ORB IS THE F'UCKING BEST OMFG.
