Doesn't feel good when you're paying full price and half the rest get CS items for 1/2 price, does it? I think it's a great idea. It gives you the option to get the skills on your own with mesos/hunting, or if you wan't a shortcut you can just buy the skills. Don't be surprised when you eventually see 100% mastery books for every class available in the CS.
If this is directed personally towards me then hell yes i wouldn't care, i have one set of permanent NX cloths, and that's it, i change my eyes and hair because i can afford 10$ on this game once a month. +/- 10$ isn't going to ruin my life, and hell i would be happy if some people got the advantage over me, because honestly i don't care enough about weather they are better than me or not. I don't cash out enough on this game to care if i got the 50% reduction. As for OTHERS i'm sure people are going to whine about exclusion. Honestly if you have a minimum wage job and you REALLY want to play a DB you should be able to afford the books.
edit: Yeah it was a great idea to introduce a shortcut for the books, but if it's a shortcut then there has to be a long way too, currently there is no way to get Slash Storm without paying for gach or actually buying the book from CS. Main problem with the event is that they are just GIVING players mastery books, if they gave a way to receive the same skills from quests or atleast have more monsters that drop these it would be a better option.
