The company I was talking about is F2P and they're a bunch of lulzors and appear in-game and such multiple times every week, and they've been this way for basically 5 years or so.
I never said it was a valid excuse, and neither do I condone their actions. I just said that, because WoW is P2P, all the more the WoW staff have to be able to engage the players and provide the best customer service possible. F2P games, on the other hand, are not really under any such obligation, especially not to players who spend absolutely nothing on the game. Of course, I agree that they really should provide better customer service than they currently do, but you really do get what you pay for; if the game is free, don't expect too much from the staff.
