i played a WoW pserver that had better gms than maple...
Just because maple is f2p, it doesnt mean people don't spend money with the game. theres no excuse for poor customer service, microsoft give free customer support to everyone, even if you have pirated windows.
I still remember that day on maple, we were doing a HT run, and some GM appeared and disappeared, so we started to say things like: omg miracle a gm, they dont exist, the gm instead of joke with us, dced half of the HT squad, hell yeah
