Could they be more transparent about their actions? Yes. Would it be beneficial? Not necessarily. Hackers already know they're out there and aren't afraid, increased visibility likely wouldn't change much in that regard. It WOULD, however, make it very apparent exactly what their capabilities/numbers are, which is a bad thing - it would make it easily more apparent how/when to get away with hacking.[/COLOR]
Just imagine if they doubled the GMs and MWLBs but kept doing everything in silence.
