blame the lower tier workers i.e. the GMs, when they mostly have very little power to do a lot of the things the community wants done. And they tend to get blamed for when things go wrong, which again, I don't think most GMs actually are the reason for problems.

The GMs basically make themselves shown once every two months to play some stupid fucking Jump Quest Event in Lith Harbor. If GMs were good they'd be on everyday randomly smegaing making themselves known to be around.
