There actually HAS to be a rollback because there isn't really any other way to eliminate/delete the mesos that the CB's/Shadowers gained with the exploit. I'm pretty darn sure Nexon's not gonna go through each player, lmfao.
I don't think anyone will get banned.
There's no such thing as a database query. Or log files. It should be very easy to find all players who gained over 2.1b mesos between let's say 1pm PST and 5 PM when they took it down. That's even assuming it was public then.
