I had this problem too when I was trying to train there. However I decided just stay at the Pirate mini-dungeon in Herb Town/party at MP3 with HS + attacker until level 120, despite the amount of time I've spent there. The second I hit 120, I added one point into extreme mech, missile tank, and laser blast. Training at Dual Ghost Pirates has effectively become a breeze.
However if you want to train at dgp and no where else, not invest any NX in a pet or autopot, then you're going to have to listen to dpeterlin and deal with over-potting and hope the drops can make up for it.
