Option 3:
30% ignore pdr = 100% pdr 70% of the time, 0% pdr 30% of the time. So in above example, 10% or 0% PDR both possible (range 9716 ~ 12701).

Mathematically equivalent to option 1, just gives you a wider damage range.


This is what I suspected from work on Tespia (with a Hero) but didn't get to confirm cause the range was too large (plus combo orbs messed with data collection)
