There's no sure fire way to stop hackers by any means. You crank up the security, they in turn crank up the level of damage and attack strengths. You can thwart them for a few weeks or days at best with new tactics but they still manage to find a way eventually to do what they set out to do.

The Random Number Generator ID Tag system isn't totally foolproof either. Anything like those that use an iPhone app and other such methods are limited in function as well (mainly due to not everyone having those phones) and if you lose your RNG ID tag, you might not be able to access your account until it's replaced or if stolen, if could be used against if.
