Rayquaza2233, villain, leader of the Mafia [hosts]. The Mafia [hosts] are a devious group of people who pretend to host fun innocuous forum games that are actually evil plots of Rayquaza2233 and his right hand man, Lord Xela, to steal the souls of players to sell on the black market. Of course the ones who win go free but the rest translate directly in to $$$ for the Mafia [hosts]. Especially successful was the troll game of ElectricSix, from which there were no survivors. Victims of that game were in high demand. The Mafia [hosts]'s secret lair is located withing the Perry of the South itself, deep in the heart of a teeming metropolis where many victims are waiting to be captured and sold.
